2 T finely chopped green onions
2 T finely chopped fresh dill
2 T mayonnaise
2 t Dijon mustard
Dash of black pepper
3 c Bibb lettuce
1 large Granny Smith apple cut into wedges
- Hard boil the eggs. Peel and coarsely chop.
- Combine all ingredients except Bibb lettuce and apples and toss gently.
- Arrange the lettuce and apple wedges on a salad plate, and top with the egg salad.
